Booking Policy
- Non-refundable $1000 booking deposit.
- 25% of balance payable 7 days prior, balance on arrival
- Alcohol, menus, place cards and any additional decorations must be provided 24 hours prior to wedding.
- Final numbers 7 days prior.
- No reduction for guests who don’t attend for whatever reason.
- Children under 5 charged at 25% adult rate, those 5-12 at 50% of adult rate and over 12yrs full adult rate.
- Surcharge applies for functions not fully utilising in-house accommodation.
- *All package pricing are valid until 31 December, 2011.
