Booking Terms & Conditions
Glen Davis Boutique Hotel Terms and Conditions:
1. Rates: Our rates are GST inclusive and include accommodation, afternoon tea, pre-dinner nibbles, 3 course dinner, corkage(we are BYO only) and hot breakast with expresso coffee. We accept the following forms of payment: direct debit and credit cards with a 2.5% surcharge. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Final balances due prior to arrival via above methods of payment.
2. Cancellation: All cancellations made less than 3 days prior to booking incur a 100% cancellation fee. B&B bookings may be changed to an alternate date with no charge if made within 2 days of booking date. Group booking cancellations required 7 days prior.
3. Check-in time: Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check out is 10.00am.
4. Damages, Breakages: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the property including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair.
5. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
6. Consumption of Alcohol: The premises are unlicensed. Guests may consume their own alcohol on the premises in a safe and responsible manner. We accept no liability for injury to hotel guests caused by the consumption of alcohol.
7. Parking: We provide free parking in the onsite carpark. It is at the guests own risk to park at the Boutique Hotel.
8. Pets: Pets are not permitted.
